Beach service with chairs and umbrellas was a nice touch. The live music at the beach bar made evenings fun. Unfortunately, housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay. The elevators were slow and often crowded, which was annoying.

The location is perfect for kids with two awesome pools and direct beach access! I loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas—perfect for lounging in the sun! The rooms were super comfy with a fridge and coffee maker to keep the good vibes going.

The location was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs included with our stay. The room's temperature control was decent, but it felt outdated. There were cleanliness issues, such as hair and sand left behind. Noise levels varied; we were disturbed by loud neighbors at 3 a.m., but security responded quickly. The ambiance of the beach bar was enjoyable, especially with live music. maintenance issues like a non-functioning jacuzzi affected our experience. the room had potential but could use better upkeep for a more comfortable stay.

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly, which made a lovely first impression. The room was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. A minor bathtub drain issue was quickly resolved by friendly maintenance. some significant inconveniences arose—elevators were out of service, leaving us stranded on the eighth floor, and a chaotic fire alarm evacuation was stressful. The lack of room service and insufficient bathroom access on the beach added to the frustration. Despite these hiccups, it has potential with its relaxed beachy vibe and beautiful decor. Just needs a little more attention to guest needs.

I was really disappointed with the flies everywhere—it felt chaotic. The lobby was swarming, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed. I get busy weekends, but they could have done a better job keeping things clean and sanitized.

Decent location with commendable amenities. The two pools and beach access provided a great backdrop for families. Umbrella and beach chair service added value. Room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. the outdated appliances are a drawback. Staff were not welcoming, and our first room had a poor view. Noise from the elevator was persistent. Elevator issues were concerning, especially given my knee injury. Emergency evacuation turned chaotic; accessibility should be prioritized in such scenarios. The parking situation was frustrating. While the food and ambiance were enjoyable, maintenance and staff training require attention. A potential gem that needs fine-tuning. Would reconsider only with significant improvements.

I absolutely loved the easy access to the beautiful beach right outside the hotel, where the free beach chairs and umbrellas made lounging in the sun a breeze, and we also enjoyed the fantastic on-site bar with live music that kept the vibes lively throughout the day; plus, being just a short stroll away from fun spots like Dinosaur Bones Playground, Gorman Avenue Park, and several dining options like Jungle Bar & Restaurant allowed us to soak in the local ambiance and enjoy family outings without the hassle of long walks, although I did notice the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, but overall, it didn’t take away from our fun experience.

It was nice to relax and unwind while catching up on some shows after a long day out. The sitting area was also cozy, perfect for lounging and enjoying some downtime. I was disappointed by the lack of ironing facilities in the room. As someone who likes to make sure my clothes are wrinkle-free, not having an iron was a bit inconvenient. the heating and air conditioning seemed a bit unreliable, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable room temperature at times. the free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the am/fm alarm clock was handy for ensuring we woke up on time for our plans. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick caffeine fix in the morning. One area that stood out to me was the garden furniture outside. It was a lovely spot to enjoy the nice weather and soak in the surroundings. I did notice that the shops/commercial services on the property were a bit limited, which could be improved ' convenience. our experience at Ashore had its ups and downs, but there were definitely some aspects that could be enhanced to make the stay more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, right next to the beach. The room was spacious and included unexpected extras like beach umbrellas and chairs. The staff provided excellent service on the beach, which was a pleasant surprise.
The cleanliness of the outdoor pool and hot tub left much to be desired.

we had an amazing stay at Ashore Resort & Beach Club. from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and upgraded to a clean and bright room with plush, cozy beds. the view of the bay and beach from our balcony was perfect. the staff was attentive, the breakfast buffet was delicious and very affordable, and we enjoyed easy access to the beach. the spa and gym were clean, and the beach chairs and umbrellas provided were a great bonus. we will definitely be back for the hospitable staff, comfortable beds, and the amazing beachfront location.

The Crystal Ballroom can fit 1,000 guests, felt like I was in a royal wedding. Direct beach access made me feel like a celebrity. Oceanfront grill was the highlight, sipped daiquiris like a true beach diva!
Lovely experience, just run out of crayons for my coloring session.

Our room was not ready at check-in, but we were pleasantly surprised with an "upgrade" to an ocean view room. Despite a small hiccup, we enjoyed the beautiful beach views from the balcony. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a blast hitting up the Ocean City Boardwalk for some killer rides at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and snagging awesome deals at Tanger Outlet Center mall in Rehoboth Beach. The beach vibes were epic, with free umbrellas and chill beach servers like Sara.
More late-night party spots around the hotel would've been clutch for us night owls looking to keep the fun going after the sun sets.

The staff at this beachside resort were incredibly kind and accommodating. The food, especially the chicken salad, was delicious. The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the live music and the kids enjoyed the options of the outdoor and indoor pool. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch, and the beach was not too crowded. The restaurant staff, especially Anna Maria, were sweet and helpful, and the bartenders at the pool bar were fun and entertaining.
The elevator situation was a major downside, as it took a long time and multiple elevators to check out. Additionally, the narrow outdoor hall leading to the bar and restroom was a bit inconvenient, as it was difficult to navigate when crowded.

the room at ashore resort & beach club was clean - had a nice view, and it's right by an indoor pool area. the staff were friendly, and they had a lot of activities for kids. the location was convenient - with multiple food options.
